Double applique flag fabrics are either satin-smooth or a burlap texture; sometimes a combination of both. This flag is well made, not flimsy at all. The colors are true US flag colors. I bought it for a garden flagpole. It should have 5 stars but it is 30" on the narrow end. It is listed as 29" and the packaging says 29". It has to bunch up on my garden flag pole to fit.
