Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. The order came in one large box. Everything is nicely placed in packages. The sides are a bit thiner boards. Nicely painted as shown. Currently we’re unable to put it together at the moment. This vanity is absolutely gorgeous. Very well-made.. off white is beautiful. beautiful marble top. It has a slight tannish color in the veining, but very little . inside drawer had to be modified a little to accommodate the plumbing.  I had a great contractor.  the drawers slide in easily. definitely worth the money. The tub is from Wayfair too. Perfect size for a small bathroom. Tub and sink Fixtures also from Wayfair.
