I purchased this set for my newly built deck, and overall I am very happy with it. The wicker has more of a plastic appearance than some of the higher-end patio furniture, and the cushions aren't the most luxurious or plush. However, for around $300, I feel it offers excellent value for the price. My son assembled it for me, and he's very talented when it comes to building and construction. He did mention that the quality wasn't the best and that assembly took a little extra work compared to higher-end furniture. That said, once it was put together, it looked great and has held up well. What I love most is how well it fits a smaller patio. The pull-out ottomans are a wonderful feature, and the set creates a cozy space to relax with a cup of coffee, read a book, or simply enjoy the outdoors. The gray cushions and wicker complement my deck beautifully. If you're expecting premium outdoor furniture, you may be disappointed. But if you're looking for an attractive, functional, and affordable patio set that doesn't break the bank, I think it's a great purchase. Perfect for my needs. I ordered the blue and the color is as seen in the photos rather than the pop up swatch. The set I ordered came in 3 separate boxes. When I received them, 2 of the boxes were correct but the 3rd box which should have been the ottomans did not contain the proper items. I reached out to Wayfair and they were very responsive and put me in touch with the manufacturer who was also very responsive. I provided verification of the wrong item and they quickly shipped the ottomans. The product is packaged nicely and all parts and pieces are properly marked and easy to identify. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’m in excess of 70 and put the set together myself although it did take me some time to get it done. Also, I found it easier to use my own tools to assemble everything. A ratchet works great when assembling the legs. Much easier than using the provided wrench. Most of the measurements of the items are as stated except for the seat height and cushion height. All the seat cushions are 3 1/4 inches instead of the stated 4 inches (measured after being unpackaged for at least a week) which made the seat height of the sofa, chairs an ottomans 17 1/4 inches instead of 18 inches.
