It is actually pretty comfortable if you don’t sit on the seam. It is firm but softens over time. The feel of the material is soft, which I like. It isn’t slick, but feels like worn leather. It is holding up beautifully — no problems. I paid about $250 more than the current price. So this is a good deal. I feel that it was a good investment and I am happy! I couldn’t find a better picture, but I really loved this couch. It was easy to clean and held up well since my initial purchase in 2023. I also loved that the decorative pillows came with it because they matched the couch perfectly and made it look really nice in my living room. The only reason I’m getting rid of it now is because my cats unfortunately tore up the sides despite my attempts to protect it. Lesson learned — I also wish I had purchased the insurance. One thing to note is that liquids can seep through the fabric. When my cat had an accident, some of it went through even though I cleaned it quickly. Also, removing the cushion covers from the back of the pillows can be a bit difficult. Overall, I really did enjoy this couch and would buy it again if I didn’t have cats.
