One of the three planters came smashed to pieces. Not just cracked, but actually smashed with dust in the bottom of the bag. I tried to get a partial refund but Wayfair’s form would only give me $5 unless I returned all three. The box is huge and ungainly and the other planters will just break, plus I want them, so I’d rather not go through a full return. It would be really nice if the “report a problem” feature actually let you contact some form of customer service. The packaging is severely lacking in protection so I have zero faith that if I exchange the pots I will get three intact ones the next time.. Sarah. Wed May 20 2026

Planters with ridges in the bottom benefit the plant in various ways! For one, the ridges allow for better air circulation and soil aeration, in order to prevent root rot which can be very damaging to the plant. These saucers then are able to catch excess dirt and water that leaks out in order to keep your floors, tables, and counters clean from any messes!
