This is a very large run for the price, and it is sturdy, but there were some things that I wish I had been aware of. I might still have ordered it, but I was a tad disappointed. If you want a truly secure run, you will need to invest hardware cloth and sweat. On the positive side, the wire panels are sturdy, and the hardware is substantial. They are solid welded wire panels, put together with double brackets. It should do a good job of keeping out large predators. However, the gaps between panels are wider than they appear in the picture and there are large gaps to each side of the door The door is a duck-in door. It's about 3'3" tall, although quite wide. The third image shows that more clearly. The "roof" is a series of triangular trusses with cross beams, so while it is 6' at the peak, you have to watch your head. That said, it's plenty high enough for the chickens, and one can get in there to work, carefully. The roof is mostly canvas. The welded wire does not continue ANYWHERE that is under the canvas in the images. There is a big triangular opening at both ends. Quality control could have been a bit better, but pieces are well enough manufactured to be sufficient for it to function. Assembly is tedious, that's a lot of panels! What we are doing to make the run more secure is to put a 2' band of 1/2" hardware cloth up the sides, and also a 2' skirt of the same, staked and weighted down. The entire roof area will be covered with 1/2"-1" hardware cloth, and we will cut triangular panels to fill in the front and back. The packages arrived quickly and in good condition. The components are heavyweight and seem to be of good quality. I have given it four stars based on the quality of the components. I am currently dealing with some issues with my back and I am unable to assemble it at this time I will update this review once I have gotten it put together 52026 UPDATE I finally hired a contractor to put the coop together and at first it seemed a bit flimsy just at the joints but once the wire was completely attached and the shades put on it is nice and sturdy. So I had a squirrel problem getting in my garden and this solved all my problems by being able to put everything inside together. Very cute. I've got mine set up as a chicken run. It's inside a chain link fence. It's stable, but not necessarily heavy duty (I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my chickens overnight in it, even also inside the chain link fence. At 5'1, I can stand straight up inside it with plenry of room to spare. And I easily drag it all over my yard by myself which is convenient. It took longer to put together than I thought, but it’s perfect. My daughters and I are ecstatic! As for the little critters…. They seems very pleased so far. The chicken wire came with a hole in it, which we patched right up. Easy peasy. The directions were wonky. Everything is self explanatory except the hardware for lock. One tiny picture to show at one angle. And last the stakes to secure it are very flimsy, made me laugh. If you live in the PNW you’re going to want to get better ones to hold it down. We are taking care of six refugee chickens who survived the Eaton Fire in Altadena California, on January 8th, for a family who found that their chickens miraculously survived, even though their home, their neighbors' homes, their block, and their neighborhood have been decimated, burned to the ground, and out of existence. We needed something quick and easy. This works well to protect the little miracle flock while they forage during the day. the coop does not appear to be sturdy enough to protect from predators without some modifications. The door worked before we put the chicken wire on, but with the chicken wire on, the latches won't latch, so we tie the door shut with some wire for now. We'll make some adjustments to make the door shut properly later. The chicken wire does not cover the top of the coop, or even all the way to the tarp in the front above the door. The tarp is also about 2" too short to be tied to the metal frame, so we tied it to the chicken wire for now. We plan to use something like a bungee cord to tie it to the frame without stressing the tarp to the point of ripping. One part of one of the door poles appears to be spray painted silver, so we have concerns that it will rust. It was pretty easy to assemble. My 64 year old husband took his time and put most of it together at a leisurely pace by himself in a few hours. I wandered on the scene a little later and helped a little, not that he needed it. The structure is light enough to move around the yard, which is what we wanted. One of us can drag it easily. Two of us can lift it very easily. It is not sturdy enough for feeders or waterers to be hung anywhere in this coop.
