So far so good. Some things right out of the box: 1. Make sure you have a hot outlet to plug it into. I replaced a dishwasher with this and needed to install a new outlet to run it. 2. I wish the shelf racks had a lip on the side. When you load it full of drinks, they can fall off the side of the shelf when you pull it out. 3. I really like the look of it. It was a perfect fit and match to my other appliances. 4. It’s got a low hum. Not noisy, but you can definitely hear it. 5. I wish the door had a little more suction when closing. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. It’s okay. You don’t see it much because it’s up under the cabinet but it always looks dirty even after I clean it.
