Fairly easy to assemble. It is solid and holds a lot more than I expected. We use it as a coffee cart. This cart is functional, pretty, and exactly what I needed for my kitchen space. Solid wood, easy to put together. The instructions were clear, and easy to follow. It lost one star because I only received one cabinet knob, not two, and had to run to the hardware store to purchase replacements to complete the build. The customer service center was closed for the weekend by the time I realized the error, but regardless I wanted it completed, so off I went. Replacement knobs in hand, the rest of the assembly went smoothly. Getting the top placed correctly was a teensy bit tricky, I do wish there had been some indication as to what was the front or back, but I managed to get it done. This cart is just the right size for a small “kitchen island” it’s a landing spot when I’m pulling multiple items out of the refrigerator and a good place to set up drinks or plates and utensils when we are entertaining. We installed the wheels instead of the bun feet so we can move it out of the kitchen when needed. I’m using it to store cutting boards, baking pans and containers for leftovers. Easy to assemble and overall satisfied with the island. Took away a star because one of the side panels was broken when removing it from the box I had to glue it and wait for the glue to dry before assembling. The drawers and cupboard open from both sides, and the front and back look the same. Very spacious cupboard storage. The only problem is the towel rods slide out of the holders very easily. Good build. Purchased 2018 from Lowe’s. Second and third purchases from Wayfair over the past year. This IS the grill you want if you don’t want flame ups. The refrigerators are really really solid.
