Ordered the chrome jets and they look great. Unfortunately my plumber would not recommend installing them as he has had issues with leakage after. Maybe a different plumber would install. The perfect steam sauna experience is exactly what we had in mind with SteamSpa steam generator packages. Easy to install and even easier to operate these steam generators produce a consistent flow of soft and soothing steam thanks to the cleverly designed dual tank technology while minimizing any distracting operational noises. Compact in size and design they also feature the auto drain system that aids in making maintenance easier by purging the generator of any excess water/minerals that would later contribute to issues down the line. All in all you get a safe, quite, reliable, luxurious steam sauna experience with compact powerhouse of a steam generator.

Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty. The shower doors are look nice, except mine came a bit scratched up. Due to installation delays, I was unable to report this too wayfair because it was over 30 days.
