I needed this carport to use as an outdoor workspace for upcoming renovations. Its the next best thing to a garage. I do recommend installing the roof canopy after the roof frame has been assembled. Assembling the roof canopy after the frame was fully erected proved to be cumbersome. Highly recommend using a four-step ladder or 6 ft ladder. I was able to assemble alone. This is a great carport. The directions for the canvas part was a bit hard to decipher, but otherwise the directions were pretty good. Unwrapping plastic from each roof panel was a bit of a pain, but if you do it on a sunny day outside, the panels will get warm and the plastic will be easier to remove. We just had 3 or 4 of us at a time unwrapping them. I am optimistic that it will last a long time. So far so good! Purchased to keep snow off 21ft pontoon. Not quite long enough to keep it all hidden but will add an enclosed extended end and add siding to the rest of the walls. No snow as of yet, but held up well during day long wind storm, it is parked between 2 seacans that are 24' apart. Wind made it move a bit but probably not as much if it had been out in the open. Not bad for the price I’ll see after our windstorm. We anchored it in concrete buckets. It is not as sturdy as it looks in the picture, but if it keeps the sap off my car well well worth it even if I only use it one season I have a feeling I’ll have to replace the light color canvas each year.
