These were not hard to install, I watched a video. I really recommend a video, it makes the directions make sense. Getting it level is the hard part. Drilling the screws in was probably the harder part. The shades came the exact size I measured, kudos to the person who cuts them to size. Love my blinds but I purchased open box and they came in without hardware. So sad so I had to go to Lowe’s and will work to find the right hardware.
