Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. Wow-this Pizza rocker ROCKS! It is the perfect size for my 14” pizza pan. It cuts on the first “rock” without having to go back and forth. It can be used with one hand by holding the handle or 2 hands on either ide of the handle. It is a bit heavier than expected but still easy to use.
