This carrier was a life saver when I was moving with 2 very skittish cats. I had to take them on a ferry and a 6 hour car ride and this carrier was large enough to fit a small letterbox in there with them and I did not have to open the crate until we were safely in our new space. The pictures also made it seem like both sides had a roll down to cover the mesh but only one side does. The product itself is great. It's exactly what I needed for my anxious dog. I purchased from Wayfair because of shipping options. I didn't want the product damaged during shipping. When the package arrived it was beat up. We had to repair ons of the latches. Purchasing from Wayfair was more expensive and I was disappointed in not only the state of the box but the communication from Wayfair. I will be avoiding purchasing anything from them in the future.
