First, I have an arched fireplace opening, and I was told that these doors would not fit on it. After taking extensive measurements and figuring out all the angles and opening sizes, I was confident this would fit. The package came in great shape, and all the parts, nuts, bolts, and accessories were in the box. The doors fit into the opening, and the arch was covered, which was a great relief. Using the brackets provided, and because of the arch, I decided to drill holes with my rotary hammer and screw the door brackets into the masonry brick. Everything fit perfect and the doors were secured in place. I added the screens, and the job was done. For a square fireplace, I would highly recommend these doors. Overall, I’m happy with the Asahi Fiona outdoor fire pit, but there are a few things worth noting. It arrived in good condition and was easy to set up. The size is great for a backyard setup, and it’s heavy enough that it stays put—even on windy days, which is a big plus where we live. It feels sturdy and does the job well for casual fires and gatherings. That said, after just one summer, the top has already started to show some fading. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I was hoping the finish would hold up a little better over time. The material overall is decent—not top-of-the-line, but fair for the price. If you’re looking for a solid, functional fire pit that won’t blow around and looks nice out of the box, this is a good option.
