Once again, I am amazed at the wonderful service I have received from Wayfair over the years. I ordered another light fixture through the Tried and True program as we are updating a lot of light fixtures in our remodeling process. This particular one came with two of the globes broken. Unlike the previous light fixture that I was unsure about because I didn’t know if it would blend well with my decor, I immediately loved this fixture. It does have a rustic look, but not what I call industrial and it will look great in the dining area once it is hung. I will write the review early before it is actually hung because of the review deadline dates and also having to replace the globes, but I would recommend this beautiful fixture. Even though I do love somewhat fancy things, I am not a crystal lover, so a crystal fixture was definitely not an option for me. The extreme curve in the arms make it look very rich and elegant without having all the fancy crystals. Another feature that I like similar to the other fixture I ordered, is the fact that you can adjust how high you want it to hang. This chandelier showed up so well packaged, I was blown away. Two cardboard boxes within a large cardboard box, separated by a piece of Styrofoam. The top box had all of the parts shown in the pictures above, and the bottom box held the glass seeded shades for the lights, each tucked into Styrofoam and with Styrofoam inserts. Nothing was scratched or broken. Made of a lightweight aluminum material and coated in a bronze finish, it should be an easy installation as the fixture will not be heavy. Months ago, I purchased a Kichler chandelier, and it was so cheaply made, with plastic parts, that one of the eyes broke and we were unable to finish the installation. Made from steel, this fixture features a traditional silhouette with five curved J-shaped arms, each one supporting a candle-like sconce. Each of the sconces has a clear glass hurricane shade and a faux-candle covering to warmly diffuse the light. Plus, it suits five standard-size bulbs of up to 40W (sold separately). Up top, it hangs with the help of a height-adjustable chain downrod and a sloped ceiling-compatible canopy.
