These metal shelves are fantastic, they are strong and being metal they don't start to sag like plastic or wood shelves. I just put this together, but it appears to be a well-made product. It was fairly easy to assemble (I did it alone). I can't see myself using them since anything hanging from those hooks will be pretty close to the floor. I just finished building my cart. Many reviews mentioned how bad the assembly instructions are; they’re right! But… after realizing the importance of attaching the shorter side pieces to the shelves before the longer ones, the process was much easier. The little white “plug” pieces only work if the bottoms are tight, not even a bit spread apart. I had only one set of holes that did not line up properly so I plan to drill them out.
