This faucet looks great and was very easy to assemble and install. The black and gold finish gives it a modern, high-end appearance, and it feels solid once installed. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the faucet sits quite high above the sink. While the tall design looks nice, it causes water to splash more than expected, especially when the water pressure is turned up. Got the Heritage pull-down faucet, Matte Black, with the knobs. It did a good job for about a year, then it started to leak a little. After a couple of years, the faucet began to chip and peel and then progressively got worse over time. The knobs began to loosen, and the caps that cover the knob screws stopped sealing cause we had to remove them too much to tighten the handles. Initially, I would have said I was very happy with the purchase. But for the cost, I would expect it to last longer than three years. That said, we still have it after four, though it looks a bit mangy. I personally don't think I would order this product again, definitely not in the matte black with knobs. Just too many things with it broke down, and it's not cheap. ***Update: It was still within their 10-year warranty.
