Due to the canopy design, seven feet of the 8-foot-long sauna are reserved for the sauna room, while the exterior benches take up the remaining foot. The sauna space has room for up to 6 people to enjoy temperatures of 195ºF. The Harvia 8kW electric heater can start right away, or you can delay the start time up to eight hours—go about your day or go to sleep and the sauna will be hot when you are ready to get in.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Quality Real Sauna Experience Delivery was fast and professional — they rolled the crate right into my garage. Everything arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. Assembly took about 12 hours with two people. I’m pretty handy, but having a second person definitely helps. The barrel design goes together logically if you take your time. The cedar wood quality is excellent, and once heated, the smell is incredible — exactly what you expect from a traditional sauna. The 6 kW heater performs great. It heats the sauna to 180°F in about an hour. I prefer higher temps (185°F), and with minor airflow adjustments I’m confident it can reach 185–190°F. Steam over the stones feels strong but comfortable. As a heavy sauna user, I was very satisfied with how my body felt afterward — deep relaxation and a powerful sweat. Energy use seems reasonable for a 6 kW unit. Important tip The heater has a delay timer zone. To start heating immediately, turn the knob clockwise past the delay section and then back slightly into the first heating zone. Otherwise, it will wait before turning on. Also, after about one hour the heater automatically shuts off, so you’ll need to repeat the turn-on procedure if you want to maintain heat longer. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. For the price of $809 and free shipping this was worth it for me. Having said that, there are issues. The ash drops through a chute BEHIND and underneath the unit. I have not figured out what can be put back there to collect ashes. It will have to be a wide short metal bucket of some type. I think this should have been mentioned and provided or be for optional order. Then there is the ridiculous excuse for an owners/instruction manual. How hard would it have been to expand that just a little...for instance...I do not know what the lever in front underneath the firebox is for...I assume for dropping ash.......then there is the problem of .....is the back position closing up the ash drop, or is the forward position that causes ash to drop? The unit was built in November of 2025 and arrived Dec 15, 2025 but all that notes that on the metal sheet from the back is a dimple in a box, and for the model number. I might have bought a different make of wood stove had I known all the above for $100 more plus the separate purchase of a blower....and all of them seemed to be out of stock. Then there is the metal sheet on the back that has the serial number on it. How hard would it have been to make a copy of that for the owners/instruction manual?. Richard. Marble Falls, TX.
