[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with this machine. It’s my first wet/dry vac and it did what I thought it would do, and eliminated a few chores per week from my normal cleaning routine. I typically use a broom to sweep several times a day, then vacuum and then use a basic mop with disposable pads every other day. I used this instead of a vacuum and now I only need to use either a real mop or a mop with disposable pads every 1-2 weeks (I have 4 small kids). This machine vacuums perfectly and I love how it works on my big area rug. I think it’s the cleanest it’s ever been. It doesn’t clean up hard or dried on spills super well because you can’t push down hard and muscle it like a mop, but I wasn’t expecting it to. Would be cool though. The machine was perfectly user friendly and all the directions you need are on a card that came on it. It’s easy to clean the dirty water tank, and it’s filthy when I clean it so I know the machine is working. It’s pretty loud so I need to use it when my kids are awake. The chord is long enough I can do a whole floor of my house with it plugged in in one spot, the tray it comes with to store it is one of my favorite parts because it doesn’t drip anywhere. I also LOVED how it gets right up to the edge when cleaning and sucking up crumbs. In that capacity, it’s more impressive than my very expensive stick vacuum. Works great, tried many kinds in the past, this cleans well and has great suction. Easy to clean, come apart easily. Vacuum cleaners!! We can’t seem to find what works best for us. But after much frustration and research we decided on this one. So far, so good. We’ve only used it a couple of times so far so I cannot speak to longevity or reliability, but it works well. It was easy to put together. The removable parts are easy to take off and put back on. We love the 30 foot cord. On our first use, it was unbelievable how much dirt and hair it picked up. It was kind of disgusting to think our floor was that bad. Also, the two things this model has that the other models of the same series doesn’t have is the LED lights, which really seems to help and also a handheld attachment which has a rotating brush. I don’t even remember seeing that in the write up but it will be perfect for upholstery and curtains. We’re happy that we gave this brand a try. Hopefully it will prove to be dependable. The transition from our carpet to pur hard floors is flawlessly and it does a great job picking up dirt, dust, and pet hair. One of my favorite features is the small upholstery brush attachment for getting the pet hair off the furniture. I do have one concern. The vacuum is top heavy. After using it continuously from a full charge until the battery dies, my arm does start to feel tired. I’ve also noticed a slight bend where the upper and lower portion connect which concerns me about possible issues at the connection in the future.
