I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. It’s my first wet/dry vac and it did what I thought it would do, and eliminated a few chores per week from my normal cleaning routine. I typically use a broom to sweep several times a day, then vacuum and then use a basic mop with disposable pads every other day. I used this instead of a vacuum and now I only need to use either a real mop or a mop with disposable pads every 1-2 weeks (I have 4 small kids). This machine vacuums perfectly and I love how it works on my big area rug. I think it’s the cleanest it’s ever been. It doesn’t clean up hard or dried on spills super well because you can’t push down hard and muscle it like a mop, but I wasn’t expecting it to. Would be cool though. The machine was perfectly user friendly and all the directions you need are on a card that came on it. It’s easy to clean the dirty water tank, and it’s filthy when I clean it so I know the machine is working. It’s pretty loud so I need to use it when my kids are awake. The chord is long enough I can do a whole floor of my house with it plugged in in one spot, the tray it comes with to store it is one of my favorite parts because it doesn’t drip anywhere. I also LOVED how it gets right up to the edge when cleaning and sucking up crumbs. In that capacity, it’s more impressive than my very expensive stick vacuum. What I love about it is the easy clean up feature. You can wash everything it picked up using the wet nozzle without cleaning the actual vacuum. Which isn't the case with other Pet Stain Eraser models. I also like that there's two nozzles the wet and the dry. My only complaint would be that it needs a stronger battery. I did notice battery power fading and extraction performance fade as the battery drained. It wasn't much of a difference, maybe 15% power reduction but it did dry my rugs after cleaning pet messes..
