Love it! It looks so beautiful once installed. It does have A LOT of sparkle in it but it looked perfect once installed vertically. Still sparkly once installed but we think it looks very classy and high end even given the low price. Installed using quickset and used an angle grinder to make cuts. The first shipment had a bunch of broken pieces in the boxes but wayfair customer service was amazing and they got us replacement boxes. It seems like the problem was with the original delivery service removing the boxes from the pallets. The Armor WL550 is a penetrating, matte wet look water repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. It will darken the surface to slightly enhance any dull and faded coloring. The Armor WL550 is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

Used this WL550 sealer on a powerwashed 20+ year old patio. This product did a good job reviving some color without the fake looking shine of sealers with glossy finishes. I wouldn't call it a 100% "wet look' when done -- would have preferred a little darker -- but given the age of the patio, the results were pretty good. I used about 2 1/3 gallons to cover 365 sq ft using a pump sprayer. Product had a strong odor, but it dissipated soon after the job. This is a great product. Directions say to cut with utility scissors. They do not work. There are parts of the tiles that are very thick and utility scissors cannot cut it. I used a dremel with a diamond cutting wheel and had no issues. I laid this right over ceramic tiles after cleaning with acetone. It stuck well and looks really good!. Tamara. Monument, CO.
