Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. it works as advertised. it was easy to install, but only becaues i've installed another bidet before. the instructions are not very detailed, and the rubber gaskets do not come pre-installed for all pieces. You need to double check which way they're facing prior to installing, and the instructions do not mention this at all. It is also very flimsy, despite water going through it. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. I’ll admit it, I ordered this a little too fast and thought I was getting a full toilet with a built-in bidet. That part is on me. Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward, even if you’re not super handy. Once set up, it looks very sleek and modern, and the features are exactly what you’d want. The heated seat, warm water, dryer, and multiple wash settings all work really well and feel like a big upgrade. My only note is that this is an elongated seat, so make sure your toilet is compatible. I’m actually considering upgrading my toilet to better match the fit. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. This Hibbent bidet is amazing. I have always wanted one and then I visited my best friend’s house and she had one and then I realized I needed this in my life. It literally took me 15 minutes. I absolutely love it. The clean you feel is refreshing. Just remember that the water will be colder in the winter due to the supply lines being cold.
