Bought this double screen door because we were screening the deck at our lake house. We have extra wide steps up to the deck and needed a door wider than the standard 32 or 36 inch. Listing said for width less than 68" it could be modified, so we decided to go for it. I was surprised, the instructions were complete, clear, and easy to follow. (So often you get the skimpy badly translated ones.) With a little help from a neighbor we got 2 sets, front and back of deck, installed in about 3-4 hours. Hubby is a metal fabricator, not a carpenter, but he said it was pretty easy once he understood their system. I would say it's a 2 person job, unless you're a really good carpenter. We have 1 side set as a stationary sidelight, only opening the other side. We'll put some planters or knick knacks on the steps in front of the stationary side. The 80" & 96" Double White Primed Panel Bi-Fold Door is a beautiful and well built door. Important Concern: The moment you receive this door, place the door, while still in the box, in your garage for at least 2 weeks. The box and door have an extremely strong chemical scent that is unbearable and strong. If you immediately install this door, you will regret it. The smell is so strong, it will permeate your entire home. To continue with other aspects, some assembly is required, but it not difficult.
