It is a good helper for your fitness, work, and study.

Unfortunately this came with incorrect hardware and extremely vague instructions. The screws supplied are much smaller than the holes in the plate meant to attach the stand to the desktop and there are no pre-drilled holes. According to the instructions no hardware was missing but it doesn’t work as is. With a trip to the hardware store we made it work but it took some DIY. Package came damaged but all pieces were undamaged and none were missing. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. Minimal assembly required and very quick to put together. We have the bike on carpet and it is still very sturdy but would be better on a hard surface. We love the different levels of resistance, the ability to customize the seat height and the phone/tablet holder but they cannot have a case on.
