Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. I replaced a broken Mr Heater Buddy with 2 of these for emergency heat. Not great for indoor use, more suited to a garage. But the Buddy's gas lines got clogged (probably insects) sitting in storage. I needed something resilient that doesn't break while it sleeps and can be set up and packed away easily. This fit the bill perfectly.
