This 32 inch prep station sink with offset drain includes a bottom grid, colander, and roll-up-mat to provide you the most efficient experience possible. This small-radius sink (SR) is designed with  different tiered levels at its edges which allows kitchen tasks to be completed at the optimal height with the most efficiency. Functional accessories fit on the ledges to customize the workspace to the specific use and their task. The drain is side set and can be installed so it is on the left or right side of the sink. The colander can be used to help hold, wash and rinse utensils or produce. The included stainless steel roll up mat lets you air dry glassware or can be placed on the countertop as a trivet.  The bottom grid with rubber feet protect the basin’s shine. Beautiful sink and got plenty of comments on it before and just after it was installed. Still think it’s a beautiful sink but does scratch very easily. We used sink for 2 days before sink grid arrived and babied it. It still got one small scratch as cooking utensils were put at bottom of sink. It has subsequently started rusting. It is no larger than a grain of rice but is noticeable. The sink grid helped to cover it up but is still frustrating based on cost. If purchasing, make sure to get the sink grid before using.. Derek. Just because it’s easy doesn’t make a job well done any less special. The drop-in Jackson Fireclay kitchen sink offers an easy DIY installation with high-end beauty. But it also offers function: the large single bowl ensures maximum workspace for cleaning bulky or oversized dishes. Our ultra-durable and dense fireclay is fired up to 2100°F and protected with our proprietary finish that safeguards and adds strength.

An attractive sink at a good price. This is a fireclay sink, which means it is fired at a lower temperature than a porcelain sink, but at a higher temperature than a ceramic sink. Higher temps increase hardness and durability. This becomes apparent as this sink will stain if left soiled overnight, unlike a porcelain sink which you can rinse and wipe clean. It is not a big deal as it does come clean with some bleach cleaner and a sponge. I am happy overall. Note: I bought a sturdy stainless steel sink grid, not included, to protect the bottom from nicks and scratches (~$50), which I recommend. Can be used as a trivet or a cooling rack as well.. What a gorgeous sink. It’s just as the pictures if not better. We haven’t installed it yet but I’m sure it will be great. The chiseled front looks good, it has a grey color in it since the front is not treated. If you wanted the front to be black you just need to seal the front with a wet sealer.
