Very pleased. Arrived in good condition, but had to glue one of the joints. No big deal. Had to move the railing from which the doors are hung to allow room for the pivot hardware. This is a stamped steel top pivot bracket. It fits into the Acme 5/8 inch wide track. The bracket is inserted into the track and as the screw is tightened, it forces the bracket against the lip running the length of both sides of the track. It is adjustable by moving it back or forth to the best position. Used with the Acme top pivot Prime-Line part N 6672.

This spring door hinge is heavy duty! Everything is included in the one box. I chose the antique brass - the color is true as shown in Wayfair photos! This hinge is more than I expected. The spring mechanism is thick and heavy, promising years and years and years of dependable use. I like that fact that the door can fold flat against the wall and be out of the way. It works perfectly in the space like I envisioned it. The only thing that took a star from my review was that the knobs were not as pictured and the knob screws included were too short to be used. Not a big issue and can be easily fixed by using something else to replace. Just an fyi… a door frame doesn’t come included so I needed to figure something out on my own to install the door. The frame issue was probably just me misunderstanding the description of the included parts and my misconception that it would be included.
