It’s actually warm even without the heat. Size-wise, I have a queen bed and got the queen size. Sometimes you can get a brand that seems undersized but not this one. My husband grew up sleeping on Mexican fur blankets #iykyk so getting him used to a proper fitted and top sheet was not easy. Hubby approves of this blanket he says its even softer than expected.
