Hi, I'm glad I ordered this chair. I did assemble it by myself. whew! It did take some time, the instruction could use some improvements. I do have a suggestion for those assembling it. The handbar is sturdy and comes with a phone holder, it comes with additional green bungees to adjust the tension/bounce, 1 large and 1 medium sized pair of gripping socks, Allen wrenches with handles, bungee pull off tool, and a few extra bungees.
