This was a great addition to my sunroom to replace my older 10K btu model that couldn’t keep up with the extreme colder temps (20°Fs and below). This space is not heated so my Mr. Heater acts as the primary source. I only have to turn the setting to 3 to heat the room and then down to 2. The thermostat does a good job shutting the unit on and off as needed. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it.
