So I ordered a sink from Wayfair and it came with dark spots inside the sink all over. I called for return and the lady was keep pushing me to keep the sink and use vinegar and soap to take the stains off of it, but I refused to do that because I didn’t want to damage it further. She tried to convince me at least 17 minutes. Finally when she realized I was not gonna try anything like that she send the return label. After receiving the label I drop the sink at the FEDX. But never received refund. After two weeks I call and the lady name harmony did great job she helped me to get my refund as well as order the new sink. A nice door, but it was damaged during delivery. Big black boot marks where someone walked all over the box in spite of the fact that it said right on the box to keep it upright and handle with care. I would like to have the bent part sent to us if it possible to replace and attach it.
