I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. The water cooler was delivered with care. Upon opening the box everything was perfect. We are leaving it sit for 24 hours as instructed before we start using it.
