Oven was received and had damaged edges that were broken, I contacted the help desk and was told to contact GE , the oven was ordered from Wayfair and payment was made to Wayfair not GE. I have several stove top smokers. This is one of them. It does a good job, you just have to insure the wood chips (make sure they are real fine) don't get wet from the juices. A little foil on the bottom with the ends turned up will do the trick. I smoke salmon regularly for my wife. Since I cook on an induction top, this smoker makes good contact with the hob and works efficiently. You will have to experiment to get your desired smoke flavor.. Jtom4cats.
