Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. It arrived with a small dent on the back right side, which was disappointing, but it does not affect its performance. The only other issue I encountered was during assembly. When attaching the handles, the pre-drilled holes in one of the handles did not align with the refrigerator's mounting holes. I had to create an additional hole in the handle to secure it properly. Aside from those two issues, the refrigerator has been amazing. After allowing it to settle for the recommended amount of time before plugging it in, it powered on immediately and began cooling right away. My drinks and wines are now perfectly chilled, and it has been working great. One important piece of advice for future buyers: pay close attention to the listed dimensions. The measurements are very accurate. I had to trim a small portion of my countertop to make the refrigerator fit properly. Fortunately, I have someone coming to sand and repaint the area, but if your available space does not exactly match the refrigerator's dimensions, you may run into the same issue. All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water.. This is a great quality and an excellent door for the price. This same quality door is almost $1000 at the local stores. I like the thicker glass and the soft close features.
