When I got the door it had a part with a screw hole in the wrong place and the hardware package was missing a few screws, but when I requested replacement parts they showed up in two days. I havent installed it yet but I do wish it came in 30x30 as well as this 24x24. It's more logical than installing two grab bars if entry requires it as my shower is does. Allows the hand to naturally follow the rail support all the way into the area. Finishes are as expected, black matte and only time will tell if they chip fade or crack. A nice door, but it was damaged during delivery. Big black boot marks where someone walked all over the box in spite of the fact that it said right on the box to keep it upright and handle with care. I would like to have the bent part sent to us if it possible to replace and attach it. Call me tomorrow morning by about 10:00 am EDT/ I am very pleased that Wayfair gave me a nice discount and a gift certificate for our trouble. Fortunately, we were able to repair the damage.
