I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. We love it! The remote is handy and the timer feature is awesome. It is well-made and the as easy to install. We had to order a sleeve to slide it into, but it was very simple. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it.
