I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. This is my first time buying a towel warmer. I thought the towels would get warmer but Im please with this purchase. It sticks out of the wall about three inches. I had to buy a door stop to not hit it with the door. I have a small bathroom. It looks classy, it has to be installed by someone who knows how to run electric wiring. I like the switch option..
