I received my Dyson Air Purifier/ Humidifier as a tenure gift from my employer. I’ve had it about 7 weeks and very happy with my selection. I use it in my small 10x10 bedroom and it makes the room significantly cooler and the air fresher. It is very quiet and does not bother my sleeping at all. I did have some concerns with the humidifier not working, but after a little online research I didn’t have the humidity setting high enough. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. This heater can put out some heat!! I set mine at 60 degrees and it stays 70-80 degrees in my well insulated small home. It is NOT a wall insert - it mounts in the floor- I purchased it to mount on the wall and then had to call Wayfair because it does not mount on the wall as advertised.
