I wanted to love this dresser. In fact, I love the look of it. It was on back order so that may have made my anticipation more. The wood detail on the drawers is very eye catching. It is a little bigger depth wise for my room than I had thought of but we made it work. The only thing I do not like about this dresser is the drawer situation. They are deep drawers, but do not pull out all the way. The soft close has a lot to be desired as well. I've deducted a star for two reasons: 1) the mounting template covers 18" and 24" inch towel bars, but not the 32.5" ones 2) the hex wrench included with the mounting kit is not the correct size, it is too small.
