Cooler is great, but their packaging sucks. 1st one showed up from FEDEX dented on the door and hinge was broken, making it unusable. Le Creuset stoneware brand does not disappoint. These are well made, sturdy stoneware mugs. They are not heavy and I have washed them several times in the dishwasher and they come out perfectly.
