Our 1952 Norton Manx model is handcrafted of tin. It is painted silver and has a scale of 1:8. It features intricate details such as mesh wheels, 500cc engine, seat, lightweight frame, exhaust, front and side license plate with number 96, fenders, and a brake lever. Bring home and display this iconic British bike from the height of Norton’s dominance of open road-racing in the 1950s. Beautiful and brutal, the Norton Manx is a true motorcycling legend. This is a beautiful 100% handcrafted mahogany Riva aquarama model. Painted in the true color of the boat. It take hundreds of hours to build by skillful and creative master craftsmen. Contains hundreds of beautiful details such as shiny chrome and brass fittings and very detailed dashboard and leather seats. Layers of vanishes are applied; the hull is then smoothly sanded between coats to create a mirror effect. This model was built according to scale through original plans, pictures and drawings. Extensive research threw original plans and pictures makes Old Modern Handicrafts model look authentic. Each model goes threw a demanding quality control process before leaving Old Modern Handicrafts workshop. Rested in a neat wood stand.
