Beautiful, solid wood dining set! It is of very high quality! The table itself is over 160 lbs..very very heavy! The color of the wood is like an ash brown. The table and legs came in 1 large box and there were 3 separate boxes for the chairs (2 chairs in each box). The chair seating is thick and firm and is in a light sand colored fabric upholstery. It took about 1.5 hrs to assemble the entire set. The only complaint I have is that the corners of the table were kind of discolored, not scratched or dented though. It seems as if it rubbed against something in the box. Although it was packed very well I wish they had placed corner protectors on the table before packing the box. I will try to buff out the corners to see if it'll go away or maybe get a furniture pen to cover it up. Otherwise, this dining set looks great and is a solid piece of furniture!. Missy.
