I bought the Bestway Steel Pro MAX 14x48 pool this summer and I’m honestly super happy with it. The setup was easier than I expected — took about an hour with two people, and the frame clicks together smoothly without tools. The steel feels strong and stable, and the liner is thick and durable (way better than the inflatable pools I’ve had before). The pool is the perfect size for my family — roomy enough for a few adults to float around and still have space for the kids to play. The included filter pump works fine for regular use, though I might upgrade it later just to keep the water extra clean. Draining and covering it are both pretty simple, and I love that it came with everything I needed — pump, ladder, and cover included. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a premium product, i expected a lot from this...and it delivered. The installation is about as straight forward as you can get...find the studs (even if they arent 16 or 24 OC, get it level and screw it in. Really couldn't be simpler. Be mindful of that there is a piece that is designed to go on the bottom of the wall...which i did not realize until it was too late. Thought all if them were the same. There were a couple draw backs that were more aesthetic than functional, but at this price point, i think it bears mentioning. The top magnetic strip to cover the last row of screw holes is extremely weak. Would have rather them just added 3 super powerful magnets and be done with it. If that strip gets at all dirty, forget about it, wont stick. There was also one piece of slat that was a little bowed. Luckily when the weight of a shovel is applied it hugs the wall nicely so no one is the wiser...still worth mentioning though just in case you are using it for small tool storage. This is a really heavy duty and robust storage shed. It takes a bit to put together, but that may have been because we were assembling it between a tree and our fence-line where there was just barely enough space for the shed. Overall, it was not bad to put together as the assembly process is pretty straightforward. The steel poles are very stout and strong. I really don't see the wind taking this shed anywhere, especially if you stake it down. Plenty of stakes and some concrete anchors are included. There are ratchet straps at all four corners. These straps help to tighten and cinch down the outer cover around the covers for the doors at each end. This aspect is a really nice design as it tightens the cover around the door openings to help keep out the elements. The cover material seems pretty robust and can be tightened down with a lot of tension, so even in heavy winds you won't get any flapping or movement of the cover. We bought this shed for garden tool and supply storage in our backyard. Overall, we have been really pleased with it.
