A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because We ordered 2 of these desks, both desks have cosmetic damage to them, 1 of the boxes came busted and that one had a lot more damage than the other. 1 desk, the bottom drawer won’t shut properly and I have to slam it closed on an angle for it to fully close, which is annoying.
