The reason for 4 stars is because sometimes my fingerprint doesn’t work. I then have to type in the passcode when I was to lock and unlock the door. I also wish it came with 2 keys instead of one but that’s not a deal breaker. I don’t really use the app, but it’s there if I need it. Update Wayfair sent me replacement very quick and it’s working great! I The fridge came damaged !!! What a waste of time ! It was in two boxes and seller sent me damaged item knowingly, because outer box wasn’t damaged and only inner box was damaged and outer box has brand on it! Very bad experience I wish I didn’t waste my time waiting and getting broken . The fact that they sent me obviously broken one is upsetting. I understand if outer box was damaged and we can blame delivery but not - they sent me the absolute garbage. Update Wayfair sent me replacement very quick and it’s working great!. Aliya. VA.
