This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. I've had mine for several years and have been very pleased with it in the last month I've had an issue with it reading a code of F1 and F2 and when I got to talk to somebody from Bissell they said that the machine is no more made and they couldn't help me with figuring out the issue I have to take it in for service other than that it's worked great and it still works now just replace the filters.
