Absolutely terrible support! Fully charged battery lasts less than 5 minutes on first day of use. Used voltmeter after fully charging to verify battery was failed. Contacted support for replacement battery. I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 months. They finally agreed to send a new battery. I STILL have not received the replacement battery despite multiple follow ups on status. I purchased and installed my own battery and runs great. Great riding toy. Love the remote and you also can choose the speed (fast or slow) the fast is pretty fast for a ride on toy. Only issue is the sound randomly stopped working. The engine reving, radio, horn, etc all stopped working ..the lights work and the car still works just no sound which sucks because my kids loved the radio ..so had to give it 4 stars since it no longer has sound :(.
