I just used this tent for my first outdoor art market. It was a sunny, calm day and I didn't use 2 of the sidewalls -- and the tent performed very well. I can't comment on how it would be in windy and rainy weather. One word of caution: the tent is quite heavy and definitely takes 2 people to set up. So if you're a vendor who will be setting up and selling solo, you'll definitely have to ask for help! One recommendation: try setting the tent up once before you take it to a market. It is a bit confusing at first and a run-through will save a lot of time. This is my second time buying this gazebo. I get so many compliments when people come over! The last one ended up getting ruined by a wind storm but I had it for several years and everything was holding up perfectly. The canopy fabric color did not bleach out and the curtains were still perfect. There was zero rust on the frame itself even with our harsh winters. After a year it is still standing after 2 winters in New England. Snow slides right off no more shoveling the shed roof off. I build a 12x12 deck platform out of 2x6 for this to site on and works great. The took a day with two people. It has held together pretty well. The 1 thing I hate the most is the doors. They really need to re-engineer the doors as they are junk. They slide and move, I think I will need to rebuild this summer and make them more solid. No leads, it holds the ATV and Lawn tractor.. I was originally just looking for a small gazebo to enjoy the summer, but my wife happened to stumble upon this 12x20 monster. The price was right, so I figured, why not go big?
