Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. Very energy efficient and sleek looking. I installed through the wall with no issues. Only problem is that it was damaged during shipping but Wayfair made it right. But the flexibility, and relative ease (its still an air conditioner!) of taking it in and out of the window to only use when needed has been amazing. Its so quiet in my son's bedroom, but keeps him cool during his afternoon naps and has kept his room cold enough for the occasional too hot nights. I can turn it on and off with my phone so I don't have to go inside, and its so much quieter and cheaper to run than my old portable AC. We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. We designed our vanity with all separate pieces. The sink is my favorite part. I added a video of our entire set up all individually ordered all here from Wayfair. Delivery was on time everything came as described and not damaged and we could not be happier. We sent four vanities back from various other sources and Wayfair is the way we should’ve gone in the first place. I found it more cost-effective to piecemeal together the vanity buying the sink separately ffaucet separately. I would love to have been told before we started to order them separately not only does it allow you to design exactly how you want it. The installation actually ended up being cheaper and easier. The only two things that I have a slight and I mean slight to comment about would be the type of sink. We ordered results in quite a bit of splashy water puddles every time you use the sink so it requires a lot of kind of wiping up after yourself and additionally there’s not a lot of storage in the drawers unit but we knew that and I wouldn’t change it.
