Received one refrigerator in good condition. During delivery day, they did not have my second refrigerator. I found out the second one was damaged upon arrival to shipping center (found out only by calling Wayfair service - I received no notification). Online customer service was not helpful at all until I called an actual representative. It took a week to get the second refrigerator and found that there was a dent in the front under the door.... Drain was a bit wonky and not included... (upsell over phone before they ship it to you) otherwise this is a 5/5 tub. Love it.
